Ricky joined Savills Taiwan in 2007. In past 11 years, Ricky has participated in various significant property transactions and provided professional as well as in-depth knowledge to clients including Fubon Life Insurance, Cathay Life Insurance, Asia Pacific Land, CMP Group, ING Real Estate, GE Real Estate, Keetai Star REITs, TRIDENT REITs, Kolin, CAMEO etc.
Working with Savills cross border platform, he has helped Fubon Life Insurance acquired multiple properties in London and Brussels since 2014.
Ricky has over 14 years of professional experience in Taiwan’s commercial, retail, and industrial real estate, he is currently General manager of Savills Taiwan and is responsible for the overall operation and management of the office, as well as supervising agency, consultancy services and the residential services both in Taiwan and the worldwide residential market.
