The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. They recognise outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies.

The RICS judging panel said the Savills team demonstrated excellent stakeholder management and professionalism. Enthusiasm and determination were evident in helping to overcome a number of project challenges, particularly heritage and fire safety considerations.

“This award is in recognition of our involvement with Schools Infrastructure NSW’s Lindfield Learning Village project.  The project incorporated the refurbishment of the former UTS Ku-ring-gai Campus, converting it into a revolutionary new state Kindergarten to Y12 School.

“Our team’s commitment, contribution and effort throughout the entire duration of the project, is reflected in the great success of this development, and the positive community impact to the region.  

“I’d like to make special mention of our team members responsible for delivering this project for our valued client, Schools Infrastructure NSW.  Our team included Emma Viljoen, Steph Edmondson, Taha Qureshi and Sasha Serrao” he said.
